Supporting Gavan on Saturday auctions, Bradley ensures each campaign runs smoothly from the commencement of the auction to sold! From liaising with agents to overseeing and helping with all Auction administration, he brings a calm, organised and dependable presence to every auction.

During the week, Bradley works in commercial real estate, bringing strong property knowledge and a client-focused approach that translates seamlessly into the auction environment.

Working alongside Gavan Reynolds, Rachel is responsible for the seamless coordination of operations, ensuring structure, efficiency, and consistency across all activities. She manages Gavan’s schedule, priorities, and day-to-day workflow, acting as the central point of organisation and communication.

In her role as Auction Manager, Rachel oversees the planning and execution of auction campaigns, maintaining control of processes and ensuring every detail is delivered to a high standard.

Highly organised and proactive, Rachel is integral to maintaining performance, precision, and professionalism across the team.
